- 6 eggs

- 1/2 cup of flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup of flour, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon of orange extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Whip the egg whites in a stand mixer or use a hand mixer until they are foamy.
- Add the salt and cream of tartar to the egg whites, and continue beating them until they form stiff peaks.
- Carefully fold the sugar into the egg whites.
- Divide the egg whites in half.

- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons of fresh orange juice

- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until well-mixed.
- Pour over the top of the cooled cake.

This cake is made simple by using a cake mix.
Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake mix, baked according to package directions
- 1 cup of flaked coconut
- 8 ounces of frozen whipped topping (thawed) or homemade whipping cream
- 6 drops of green food coloring
- Jelly beans
Instructions
- Bake the cake according to package directions and allow to cool completely.

Instructions
- In a stand mixer, beat the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs on medium speed for two minutes.
- Grease and flour a nine-inch round pan and fill the pan with three cups of the batter.
- Grease and flour a ten-ounce custard cup and pour 3/4 cup of the batter into the cup.
- Pour any remaining batter into muffin tins, lined with paper liners for additional cupcakes.
- Bake all of the cakes for 15 to 20 minutes, until toothpicks inserted into the center of each cake come out clean.
- Cool on wire racks.
- Place the nine-inch round cake on a cake plate and top with the frosting. Place the custard cupcake on top of the round cake, inverted.
- Frost the entire cake and the cupcakes.
- Sprinkle the coconut on top of the bonnet, pressing it gently into the frosting.
- Decorate the bonnet with candies and decorators icing, reserving some to decorate the cupcakes, as well.
